    Red or White wine?

I prefer white white wine anytime.
I tried red wine a couple times but im not too keen on them, gave me a headache and felt sick.

It might be an idea not to go for the 2 bottles for a fiver deal..
I did that once and it gave me a hum dinger.
7/8 Quid a bottle and you should be fine.

Oi it wasn't that cheap, actually it was 10 quid a bottle. Maybe it kicked me off because I had wicked blue before that.

Just wondering..How is it that I can get good French wine (any colour) so much cheaper than I can in the UK??
Do they dump the excess here to keep the price high there??

the last bottle of red wine I had, was, wait for it, a mouton rothschild 1997.

I can't claim to say I could tell the difference, but I had to do it once, and haven't been tempted by any other red wine since. so there you go - solve a red wine addiction with just 200quid

(yes 1997 is the cheapest vintage )

In a previous and more careless life, I was able to open, taste and serve all those expensive wines. Personally, I thought that they were repellent, but my job wasn't to like them or not, just to check wether they were ok to be poured into posh glasses.

Yes, mate, EVEN you can tell the difference, if you put your mind to it.
