Need your advice again guys, just got our authenticated copy of marriage and im almost done gathering documents for my visit vusa. However, im checking UKBA and i just saw it that application shoukd be 3months before travel dates... Its almost November now and our plan is to celebrate Xmas and New Year together and with his family in UK.
Is there any other way we can do? Feeling kinda sad and depressed now
UKBA rules are that you can apply for a visa up to 3 months before your date of travel to the UK. Means you cannot apply more than 3 months advance but you can apply less than 3months.
The vast majority of decisions take between 10-15 working days.
Only those applications which are not straightforward may take a little longer.
