Anyway, we are looking from afar at something, already built, in a nicer area, only 11k.
Tom, it depends where you go and who you are dealing with. there are so many `foreigners` now that the locals are getting wise. I have many dealings with Cebu and Manila and the prices are cheaper, but be cautious - the legal side can be a nightmare.
