As we all know it's a max £10k per illegal unless he can show he did sufficient ID & immigration status checks which they mainly seem to be able to do. These fines are seldom imposed at the max and theres even less chance of them actually being paidhe would if he intended to pay the fine, what will happen if he doesn't, he'll probably get away with it for years and then nothing is done

I'd have a mandatory 5 year prison sentence, seizure of business assets for any business owners / Directors caught repeat offending
