I'm a foreigner living in the Philippines and married with Filipina.
my wife left me in 2002 and went living with a Filipino Man.

Its several years now that she keeps promising to file annulment then
always delaying tactics.
This is a reply:-
BY THE WAY, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU WERE MARRIED IN THE STATES OR IN THE PHILIPPINES. AN AMERICAN CAN STILL GET A DIVORCE IN THE STATES AND REMARRY IN THE PHILIPPINES, BUT THE FILIPINA WILL STILL HAVE TO GET AN ANNULMENT TO REMARRY. I've researched this (a lot) and after one year I can apply for
Legal Separation
