Im applying for a spouse visa this month. Can anyone tell me exactly what financial requirements are needed by my husband for my visa application? I know he needs to earn in excess of £18,600 per year, but does he needed to have savings as well? And he missed 1 month of work because he was here in the philippines for our wedding. Does the embassy check the monthly payslips? Thank you!
u dont really need to show savings as long as u meet the 18,600..
If love doesn’t require some sort of sacrifice on our part, we probably aren’t loving the person at all.
Savings do not matter as long as he can provide 6 months consecutive payslips and bank statements proving he earns above £18600 you will be fine. And dont forget the letter from your employer stating how much he has earned over the last 12 months. And his contract of employment.
