just had a real bad rainstorm here and lots of water came in despite a large overhang so gonna have to revert to plan B and cover the windows with tinted glass and put aircon in .As there will be computers going in there I don,t want them blowing up lol .
Better to have found out now, rather than 6 months later
Can that condenser unit be utilised on the new aircon unit

Nice job Tiger. While I was away my wife did some work on our garage, I left it totally to her to do as a project, I will post up some photos of the before and after if I can find them.

yeah i,m quite pleased the way it turned out ,i,ve just seen the plans for the 2 storey extension to the side of the house and can,t wait to get started on it basically i,m doubling the size of the house very cheaply.Good thing here is no planning permision no permits needed etc
