hello MOy, I've just check the guidance notes...1.17 of page 5 it says ''provide ALL your home addresses for the last 5years...yes you can include your Philippine address if that is how you feel doing it.
The reason i didn't include my address in the Philippines is that it is not necessary as I have never been out of UK and I have residence card here in the UK , so my only home address is the UK since I have been here.

Don't worry too much Moy, you got the residence permit card and it is valid for 10years ....the application for naturalization is very straight forward less documents needed , less worries..good luck!!

Moy, you should read the guidance notes as you fill in the form

SECTION 3: PARENTS’ RESIDENCE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE BRITISH
    OVERSEAS TERRITORIES, WHERE APPLICABLE.
If the application is in respect of a child born abroad to parents who are British citizens by
descent under section 3 (2) or 3 (5) you should complete this section. Otherwise go
straight to Section 4: Good Character

Moy, is your child british citizen by descent?? if not go straight to section 4
