Hand on heart, it was the negative rep that made me and if I'm being totally honest I still don't think it was justified.

Maybe a suggestion for the Mods Is it possible for the members name to be automatically included when giving out rep (both positive and negative), personally like to know who's sent me rep so I can drop them a quick note saying thanks (or in this instance, why).
