Yes joe, I saw this report on BBC this morning........unbelievable
John Vine made some very hard and cutting comments.........
Mark Harper (The Minister for Immigration) blamed it all on the previous government...
next dedworth will be blaming Blair for setting it up
what makes me laugh is they have the list of passengers who have booked tickets for a flight, why the hell dont they tell the airline not to let them on the Flight, instead of coming here, why dont they arrest them at the airport before they try get on the plane if they are wanted, why wait til they land in the UK
From my personal experience Joe, most of those who are managing and controlling simply do not have any real practical understanding of the 'job'.
They are 'managers' who arrive into the job with great qualifications but many of whom have no 'man-management' competencies. These people just don't have the motivation to learn about the jobs their teams are doing or to take time to improve performance.
All too often they just can't wait to move on and up to their next position.
Laughable and wrong Joe there needs to be tighter control and accountability for even the lowest level of public spending.
Are you seriously drawing a comparison between the obscene billions spent on NHS, BBC & Immigration IT and some crank parish councillors paying a motivational magician for 19 grand
Rather than clutch at somewhat irrelevant straws you should focus on the bigger picture
