    renting buying, which one

well i think i have made my mind up, and its going to be renting, well that is unless something so very good comes along then we shall buy,

We still have plans to help do something to Ems dads place but not knock it down and spend too much on that,
Ems idea would be to do that , ie knock it down and rebuild it, but to sweeten me up she would let me buy a nice bug 4x4 and then we could tour for months on end around the Phils and then back to our place ie her dads to chill before we go on another trip, good idea, but let me sleep on it for a few years i say

fingers crossed ive sold my place--should be exchanging contracts in a few days. then i will rent somewhere for a while.

this is to free up ££ to fund the sponsorship cost--plus ?? how many flights over the next year or so.

    i live in interesting times.

you will be doing the right thing in renting first steve, thats what I did for 2 years then we bought this place for 10 grand but the main thing is don,t buy unless you can afford to lose it because once you invest here it usually stays here thats why I have not gone and bought a big place. but saying that if your planning to build your own place I would try and buy a lot now because the prices will keep on going up where you want to live in bohol because of the airport getting built etc
