Why is it that if you upload pictures, software is sophisticated enough now to recognise people and even name them BUT when it comes to common criminals supposedly "caught by CCTV" they can't seem to identify the perpetrators?
Probably because the CCTV images are so bad you can't identify anyone with any certainty. I do wonder why we have CCTV and if any operaters were actually viewing this crime at the time it happened as they should have been.
Hopefully they'll catch these plankton, even on the poor quality CCTV they look like dirty Roma in town flogging the Big Issue and doing a bit of shoplifting and begging

It's a shame the Mail didn't start a little appeal for the old boy because I'm sure he'd have got his money back in no time which would of gone some way to helping him recover from the ordeal.
