No visible damage to local buildings.
Most damage so far seems to be old spanish coral stone buildings in places like Maribojoc,Carmen and Dauis..These have just crumbled slowly throughout the day.
All new roads that I have seen are untouched although the causeway bridge has been lifted up a bit in the center.. Not seen the other causeway just yet but I believe its in use.
BQ mall has two inch cracks in every floor and all malls and schools are closed until engineers inspect and deem them safe.
Biggest tragedy occurred in an old spanish church in Loon where people were gathered for a local fiesta Im told.. Church collapsed and 30 dead I believe..
Pretty bad..
Saving grace to this story is yet ANOTHER Filipino Public holiday and the kids were not in school..
Apart from that I lost 1000 gallons out of my pond.. That was a sight to see!
ah there you are lol we all getting worried about ya glad all is fine over there bud
