I'm almost ready to send my FLR application
but I got a problem because my Philippine passport did'nt ammend yet.
And my fiancee visa will be expired this first week of November.
In my passport i'm still holding of my surname.
Do I need to change it to my hubby surname first before I apply the Flr?
Or I can apply the flr even though my Phil. passport did'nt ammend yet?
What are the requirements for passport ammendment and where the place to submit? Help me please! Thanks...
