Ok, I know the basics, I used to make my own drop of plonk in the UK, but here in Phils there are so many different fruits to experiment with I thought I would have a go again. My only problem will be finding the right yeast, but if all else fails, I will just use yeast for baking bread.
So have any of you tried this? I am quite looking forward to it. The good thing is that even if it tastes bad but has alcohol content, my brother in law will drink it anyway lol.
So what fruit shall I start with?
