GP 3yrs training

longest
surgery etc 7yrs of training

so the shortest time it takes to earn £67,000 is 10yrs of endless studying, exams and fee's -

the longest 14 long years, oh and it doesnt work out like that, your be lucky to find a ST post every year to carry on training

so the youngest someone could be a GP is 28, that takes a lot of sacrifice and commitment, like teachers its not just a 9 to 5 job
Joe, do you not think that lots of other occupations require many years of work and learning before (possibly) meriting a salary of £67,000...plus other benefits ? Not to mention, unsocial hours.
