    need some words pls

my husband and I wanted him to be here in Philippines the time of my application till we get the results, does anyone knows the UKBA rules about telling the sponsor must be out of the country or its just alright for him to be here with me, he isn't working and can stay here in Philippines with me. any words will be appreciated!

As far as I know thats not a problem, indeed some husbands fly over and go with their wives to VFS .. but I am sure a few others will add a bit more information

There's absolutely no problem for that ............provided any benefits and employment incomes relied upon in the visa application, remain current at the date of application.

I was there for the entire time during the application process...and accompanied my (then) fiancee to the interview at the embassy....even filled her forms out ...and that was before the internet existed, or mobile phones.

My My Graham you are an oldie .

I filled all my wifes forms online, paid for it then just booked her a flight to Manila with a couple nights in a beautiful hotel and some shopping money. She got the TB test the day before her appointment and I booked her the VIP service at the VFS which is recommended if you can and she did it all herself.Of course if I needed to be there I would have but It was just as simple without me (I would have just been stressed anyhow)saved us a few quid

I suppose it was a long time ago.

The taxis in Manila were Vauxhall Chevette saloons...and a few MK3 Cortinas too.

Thanks much Terpe, we did all our best to gather the supporting docs, we will go for category D: Cash savings. So far he supported all his money in the bank just hope the UKBA will be lenient to us. God will bless us. Waiting now for the last bank statement (November)so I could launch my application online. Surely my husband will be here on the entire application process.

I was there recently with my wife 3 weeks there. All was arranged beforehand. Online application done and paid for. TB test arranged and VFS appointment arranged. I spread everything over 1 week in manila. The other 2 weeks spent on my wifes island. Job done.
