There can be only one type of Christmas cake! That's a traditional home made rich fruit cake with marzipan and icing on top. Masarap!
home made mince pies, and lemon curd tarts, yum yum yum
I've never tried Stollen but do enjoy traditional Christmas cake
try it, i do enjoy it, infact to much of it
I never liked Christmas cakes. A regular cheesecake or madeira cake will always be fine instead. That's why mum-in-law always served me cheesecake or chocolate cake during Christmas since I've been here.

My Grandma always put fruitcake (Christmas cake) in a tin with an apple, a year or two later when she opened it the apple had gone and the cake was beautifully moist and delicious!
