If you have not overstayed your fiancee visa, write to the authorities TODAY (that means NOW, send recorded). Explain IN DETAIL to them why you cannot get married within the 6 months, and the EXACT date you will be getting married.
Rarely do they extend, but they did with me due to medical reasons, if you have a letter from the GP stating pregnancy complications, or something, they will probably extend, but no more than a month or two.
If you have no reason other than can't be, she has to go home......and they will want to know why you lied to them in the first place to get a 6 month visa. Easiest thing then is to marry in the Phil.
Why do people complicate such simple things?![]()
