Two Polish companies operating in Britain are charging eastern European migrants to fill out their child benefit forms and make other welfare claims.

Taxpol and Advice Specialists advertise their services on the internet and also operate from offices across London.

i bet there will be a form to fill in to claim back the cost of paying for them to fill the forms in , if you get my drift

Not really new Joe......when I worked with HMRC we had 2 organisations who would help with form filling and making claims and tax repayments. They charged a princely sum and certainly had a lot of 'clients'.
They would come into our enquiry centre in groups of around 10 at least once every week

I've no idea what the business is like these days, but I can make an educated guess.
