Work readiness ?

How many qualifications and life skills does he think kids had when they left school at 14 ?

Perhaps the employers should get of their arses too, and invest in a bit of training, and make some allowances for the youngsters, instead of expecting them to be little work-ready robots ready to plug into the company machine...at minimum teenager wage.
