That's way off Mike,
Sorry I can't find any official published rates just now, but I can say from memory that a simple letter that falls with the weight band of 50g - 100g will cost around P85
If you want to upgrade to registered (traceable) there's an addition cost of P80

There used to be a Philpost pdf file of the rates but seems to have vanished in their new improved website
