Sounds quite reasonable to me and once bitten twice shy as they say
Many guys like to rush into marriages with some beautiful babe and a few years down the road they end up counting the cost with divorce papers served along with a claim on their property
After being taken to the cleaners the CSA come in for any money you had left or intended to earn
My house is nearly paid for and it not going to be put on "offer" to anyone
Time for you to be as mercenary as them and stick to your own agenda

Its not the end of the world and many fun times can still be had

Luckily for me the state are going to give her an house..there's no money in my house as it was on a interest only which looks like cld of saved my bacon..I'll continue coughing up 20% each month but, I'll still got enough to pay off my house on a repayment mortage and have a life with my loved ones. If i was still loaded, I'd be back over Phil again doing what I don't do best ..The bank will be taking it instead

C'mon Graham & Mark, you need your heads banging together, pull your fingers out and get cracking finding a new lady, if I can do it you can and remember when I met Maritess for the first time I was 67 years old she was just 25 and I'm so proud to be her husband also she gives me the incentive to live longer, she's a cracking young woman and believe it or not, were so compatible and also we love each other so much. Don't waste time being alone otherwise you won't have any time, c'mon do as I say and scrub yourselves up and find the one for you, don't waste your life!

the CSA WOW thats a name from the past, i was one of the first people to have that system wrong my neck, evil is all i can say about that name, and before anyone gets on there high horse i was paying my ex for my children too,

Im doing like wise..I know I'm giving over the odds plus the the occasional bit of food shopping which I get at a greatly reduced rate...every little helps

I won't be bothering again..I've got just enough time to pay off the house..Ive now got a repayment mortgage (I've just managed to get one from a ''high st bank'' at my grand old age ) and have a life with my boys.
If there is going to be another it'll be someone holding plenty of chips...no more freeloaders!!!....I've been made aware of my value..it all sounds rather mercenary doesn't it ..well, that's exactly it

I agree mark after what you have been through just look after number one and the kids.
