Solely in terms of logistics though, she only has 6 months in UK to get married and apply for FLR(M) (Further Leave to Remain) so probably wouldn't want to be without her passport for too long. Food for thought.
There will be no problem when she fly to uk without informing ukba in philippines. The immigration will check her visa when she arrive here and will correct an error in her visa.
I got an error before to my visa, instead of no recourse to public fund they gave me indefinite leave to remain visa. They stamped my passport for the validity of my visa that time. Your friend will be fine, but she might stay longer in immigration to verify her visa. ( maybe 1hr).
