sir do you think there would be a problem if she flight without contacting the ukba to change her visa....

She has been granted UK entry......so probably she'd be allowed to enter even if anyone noticed anything.

Yes, that Fiancee Visa.

It's a mistake that needs correcting. Whether she raises the issue for correction before or after UK entry doesn't really matter technically.

Solely in terms of logistics though, she only has 6 months in UK to get married and apply for FLR(M) (Further Leave to Remain) so probably wouldn't want to be without her passport for too long. Food for thought.
