"The second charge alleges that on June 20, 2007, at the same register office, he married Romanian engineer Judit Gherghiteanu, 67, while still married to Ms Montilla."

... HOW the did he manage that? Two weddings within nine months!! And BOTH these ceremonies were held at the SAME Registry Office!

... all I can say, is, it's *patently obvious (*pun intended!) the staff at Glenrothes must be extremely lax at record~keeping!
