ordering cenomar online at e-census

hi, I am about to order a cenomar online for marriage at e-census, the question I need to ask is about where it ask for my farther details.

I was adopted and don't know my farther, my mother is now depart this world now so I can not ask.

on my birth certificate, my farther details are just left blank, should I fill in the cenomar application and leave my father details blank.

Have you made a quick search here in the forum? I do recall these question have been raised before.

Maybe your Fiancee can contact NSO and ask for their advice and what exactly they normally need for such documents.
I don't believe it's critical information for a CENOMAR .

A CENOMAR ( Certificate of No Marriage Record) is simply what its name implies...
It is a certification issued by the NSO stating that a person has not contracted any marriage within the Philippines.
