Hello everyone, i'm John I am in Manila processing my wife jess's spouse visa application . We got to the Philipines on 30th August and got married in October in Biliran are now waiting for our NSO marriage certificate before handing in our pack to VFS Manila.Our marriage certificate paperwork went into the Tacloban NSO office on 7th of October and is now missing .We started the whole process from here so if anybody has any question just ask...Thanks John , Jess
