Trip to the Phils - Part 2

Hi all.
Hanna and I have now been in Dumaguete for about 5 days.
Met a Brit and his wife in Fuente Pension in Cebu.
He is Martin (from Bolton) and his wife is Lanete from Sebulan. They live in Bolton and are just visiting the Phils for a few weeks.

It has been a very useful encounter 'cos Hanna and I have been out with them a few times. Been dolphin watching (fantastic!) - been to some good, SAFE bars and restaurants - been to El Dorado Beach Resort....AND................I have hired a motor bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I have DRIVEN in the Phils!!!!!!!!!!!!
Surely that deserves a GOLD blob!!

Now looking for a house to rent here on Negros - possibly Valencia just outside of Dumaguete City.
Why, I hear you ask, am I looking to rent a house here?

Hi guys,

Well, the news is that I have decided to stay here for a year with Hanna. I shall be back in UK on Nov. 10th and I shall return here after Christmas.
Hanna and I have found a BEAUTIFUL brand new house in Valencia. We have taken a year's rental on it. Life is good at the moment
