I stand to be corrected, but the way I understand the immigration rules is that only financial specific evidence relating to a period which ends with the date of application, must be dated no earlier than 28 days before the date of application.
So basically this would be latest bank statements/payslips/employers confirmation letter etc.
So that landlords letter relating to accommodation will be fine.![]()
