... according to Joe's link he told the jury he'd been "following the 's wishes" in withdrawing money from her account!

... after clicking on that link, I was flabbergasted to discover the striking resemblance between the accused and an old friend of mine called Frank (now long deceased)!

i wonder if the old lady had dementia, its ok saying shes gave permission but if she doesn't understand or recall what went on, then she is open to abuse

according to age concern in many cases its middle aged women who are family or a family friend who abuse elderly people financially.
