She is only saying what millions think but are too scared to say. To add to that if the governments past and present stopped companies from here advertising jobs abroad we wouldnt be in half this mess.

Funny isn't it, imagine a classroom of 35 ten year olds. An ice cream truck stops outside, the class bully stands up and says "we don't want that, we want broccoli", and everyone agrees because they are both scared of the bully, and it's been imposed on them that wanting broccoli and refusing ice cream is the correct way to go.

You can be sure they all really want raspberry ripple with a flake in it.

All it really needs is for the others to say "actually WE don't agree, you are not speaking for US.

And so it is for politics and much current accepted thinking.

No, I have some good chats with the public and here are my findings.
Nearly everyone I chat with don't mind the Polish but don't want others.
All followers of Islam who shove it down our throats can sod off.
Out of about 50 Scots only one wanted independence.
Andy22 talks a load of bull.
There you have it, the public can't be wrong

I really cannot understand why people on this forum, many married to immigrant filipinos, would support a politician wanting to "send immigrants home".

Lordna standing up to the 'school bully'

You got a point. .We've got ours over so let's pull up the drawbridge.

Not yet though, I've still got 20 odd productive years left to bring some more over

    Good point.

I really can't understand why anyone would vote for UKIP. If they get anywhere near power, it would be a disaster for us.

i think what concerns most people is the open borders and Brussels telling us what to do

The video was about Illegal immigrants so I guess she meant send all illegal immigrants home..
If I was an illegal immigrant here in the R.P there is a pretty good chance that I`d end up in an a B.I cell until I could afford my deportation costs.. Foreigners here in the P.I have very few rights and I have yet to meet a foreigner that became a Filipino citizen.

Thanks Fred....saved me having to spell it out for certain people.

It's about ILLEGAL immigrants folks...and maybe about parasitic, and in some cases DANGEROUS scum !

Nothing to do with our loved ones or this forum ....other than the the fact that their (immigrants) vast numbers, and in many cases, dishonest behaviour and abuse of the system by many of them and their agents, has led to the tightening up of the visa regulations.

Those of us who were lucky enough to bring our wives and children into this country over 20 years ago know this only too well !

    Andy..Is what a good/bad thing?
I am a legal immigrant here and I try very hard to obey and respect the local laws, the people and its culture as do the majority of westerners living here.(that I know)
It wont matter how long I`m amongst them though,I will always be their foreigner friend..
I take nothing from their scant social system but contribute to it on a daily basis by employing local people, spending and investing in our local economy etc..
The 60/40 business ownership and property laws piss me off a bit but as I say,I have to accept and respect the law here.. If I moan and groan to officials about it too much it wouldn't be too long before I upset the local big cheeze and then thats me on a plane back to where I come from.
Right or wrong, the massive amount of Filipino protectionism certainly keep the experience of visiting this country pretty much the same.. Ive been visiting the place for 30 odd years and its still basically the same place that hooked me all those years ago!
My country though..I can hardly recognise the old place anymore.. Most of what I loved about England is not there any more..
    Now..Thats bloody bad. Sad even.
    I miss the old place.

I'll support any politician who wants to deport all illegals and put in some sensible quotas and controls on legal immigration EU and non EU.

Being married to a Filipina doesn't disqualify me from that.

The politician is quoted as saying "I just want to send the lot back", which of course would include our partners from the Philippines!

I do however agree with your comment about illegals and of course any system of immigration needs controls.

But the problem really is you can't control what you can't measure and so far, the government have failed to count who comes in or leaves the country.

TBH I've paid scant attention to this story not bothering to go through it line by line but it appears to be a vid , made 5 years ago with the help of a now former husband, who's run squealing to the press with it now to get some Christmas money
