We tried to use their service last December. As far as I know, the box we sent hasn't arrived yet and we tried to call the numbers on the website but nothing happened. It is sad how fellow Filipinos try to trick us.

It's the UK bit of Manila Forwarder that's ceased trading - I think Manila Forwarder US franchised it out.

That company was on a list of banned forwarders. Their names have been mentioned many times on this site.

I suggest you contact Companies House here in UK.
You will see that the Manila Forwarder status is pending dissolution/stike off.
Given the status the named directors would be in serious trouble if they were to continue trading.
I'd image that HMRC would be most interested also.
Given that the company was only formed 17/01/2012 and has NO business activities on official record, what on earth is your continuing fascination with this company?
