I have no problem with U turns, to me it's proof that governments listen, The media always love to have fun with them and like to prove the government got something wrong.
I think it's better to 'U-turn' if it's the best thing to do,than stay as you are.
No different to being on a busy road stuck in traffic - If you can turn round and go a better way then it's the logical thing to do
