Mine is like that as well. I'm here in North Wales. Sometimes I have a network signal, sometimes I don't. I've called Globe Telecom before about it and it seems they can't (or don't know how to) handle things regarding to this issue. They even told me before that it's probably my phone who has the problem. They told me that in their system that there's no problem with my account. Anyway, I just got used to it and just really not bothered about it now.
