you've got to give it to May, no matter how many U turns shes been forced into, she's not a quitter

blocking benefits or tax credits for 5 yrs make sense, as that rule applies to Non EU citizens in the UK, those on work permit's have had to pay taxes for 5yrs and were not able to claim those benefits until they had ILR.
