Booking of flr (m) appointment

Hi everyone, just a quick question really, we are booking appointment for peo appointment tomorow, on the ukba site when we log in it asks for given name and family name, do we use my wifes new surname (my surname) or the one still on her passport her familys name, ?obviously her name is now same as mine but we have no documents with this name on, well be applying for a new passport later next year????pls help thanks

i am sure you have to give the name what it says on the passport
