Just between you me and the gatepost. .leaving full time employees are replaced with agency. ..If they come up to scratch in the 12 month trial they are then offered full time employment. .This is quite common throughout the UK. They would be offered the new terms and conditions which aren't as good as ours. ..We've managed to hang on to the old T's and C's...us last 40 odd drivers are basically the last of our employer's bugbear.
