bpi seem quite good and you can manage your account online thats what you need really so you can keep an eye on things from anywhere you are in the world .what I would do is open 2 accounts at bpi deposit lump sum in one account and use the other for ems family so when ever she wants to give them money all she has to do is transfer a set amount to the other account and they can withdraw from atm using a cashcard that way it does,nt cost any money to send it you do it online and you can monitor everything
