My wife got her spouse visa may 25 2012
We are starting to get things ready for her indefinite leave to remain .
I was looking at the set m form I see under supporting documents a biometric residence permit my wife does not have this will she have to apply to get one or is this something they give after indefinite leave to remain is approved
The biometric residence permit will be given to your wife when her ILR is approved.
