Alistair Sim played the part of the Headmistress in the St Trinians films and George Cole was the school "handyman"/errand boy, *with an eye for the young "chicks", *if my memory serves me correctly.

do any of you about my age remember a george cole tv film about a guy who "came down" from university and couldnt get a job he wanted?
"Cottage to let" was the first film featuring Alistair Sim and George Cole made in 1941. "The Happiest Days of your Life" followed with both of them in it in 1950.Really?
