I sometimes book with Philippine Island Connections, always been good prices!
Qatar Airways have got a new promo going for £498 to Clark but it ends soon.
Pity, not suitable for us, need Manchester to Cebu, less risk also no more expensive at the end of the day!

STA travel have flights to Manila £525 with Brunei Airways!
Seem to be a number of cheap flights available through many different agents and airlines at the moment, but can't find any cheap enough to Cebu yet!
Their connection times are abysmal. Usually 30 hours+STA travel have flights to Manila £525 with Brunei Airways!
£545 this morning, Manchester to Clark direct booking with Qatar Airways. Prices still steady!

Another decent price for those like myself Jamie, Etihad Airways through STA, Manchester Cebu return £625 bear in mind from Manchester good price!
