Hi rayna, can u let me know how u done it as am lookong into online application it says if no ilr u cant apply for it![]()
You have to get the form from the post office, fill that up and post it to them. Online applications are for the British passport holders if I'm not mistaken.

It will only take a week or two to get a driving license. If you have a BRP card, you can send it as a proof of your identity. If you do not have a BRP card, your passport will do.
When I applied mine last year, I submitted my BRP card as proof of identity.
See the sample photos of the form below.
Here are the links if you want to see the photos larger.

Yes, you can apply for a provisional driving license 100%, even just using your passport.

do you philippinas like the way things are done in the u.k unlike the nightmare in the philippines .I am still waiting for registration for my trike after buying it 9 months ago what a joke At least no brown envelopes get passed around.
You gotta point Brian
My wife and daughter renewed their Philippine passports in October. Took under one hour in Alabang town Center Mall. I had just got to the Union Jack Tavern and was looking forward to a real pint and a curryThe phone rings 'we are finished na'
Next time i will sent them down south to renew

The only reason why I'm here is because of Keith and no other. I'm not some man & dog you are referring to of the people coming here in your "great" country.
You can expect waiting for a long time in any third world country for things to be process but not in the so called first world country. Even change of name for your BRP card would take a month or two, contrary to what they say which is 3 weeks. Even getting NI, I have travelled 33 miles when there is a local Jobcentre who can do that. But that's what a 1st world country do right?
Although the good thing where we live is I can get a same day appointment with GP unlike a lot of people the rest of the country.![]()

I agree with you rayna, been asking my hubby when will doctor see me? when am worse and am already dying!! booked my appointment on surgery two weeks before i can be seen and another week for the blood test.
By the way, I already sent my application for provisional license today on special delivery and all thati even called them up before i sent it today bec am quite worried my visa is due to expire so i was advised to send it straight away as visa needs to be valid for 6months.
