Once you've reviewed the UKBA rules you'll be much better placed to ask specific questions.

Take care not to get sucked into any scams from bogus agencies and employers.
An employer MUST be licenced by UKBA and have a sponsorship reference number.
Do not send any money to anyone (ever ever ever) in exchange for a visa or employement.
When you've read the UKBA webpages you'll see it just doesn't work that way.
