Steve, ... just a thought ... you were certainly "Walking the Line" yesterday - the line between 'riches and poverty' - the former when you discovered your unexpected "windfall" accumulated from two months' freedom from Council Tax ... and the latter in facing the real prospect of "bankruptcy" as a consequence of the decision to switch on your heating so's you could watch that film in comfort at home, last night.
