Welcome back Alan.....I hope you enjoyed your trip.
That Manila skyline seems to be everchanging and ever upwards
Did you revisit some old 'stamping grounds' ?
I was amazed at the number of new tower blocks (mainly condo'-type buildings).
Hope you enjoyed your travels Alan, nice to follow your journey via the lovely photo's!
Manila...my home!!!
I really miss being there..

Thanks for the welcome posts, and Graham's video
By the way, none of my photos are “ edited “ . It can be difficult to " steal " aerial photos if " electronic devices are forbidden during take off and landing " - I found Cathay Pacific are strict, and Cebu Pacific not, on this issue .
Manila was indeed at its coolest when I was there in January, with temperatures falling to below 20 degrees at night, and only mid – to – high 20’s by day. I did revisit “ old haunts “, and for once was able to walk around taking photos without tiring heat. That’s of course the best way to explore any city. Here, for example is Makati Avenue and its vicinity on a relatively quiet and cool Sunday morning :-
Good photos Doc, I remember my first view of Manila when the plane
was preparing to land going over what looked like fish pens.
Mick.
Really enjoyed looking at your photos, Doc Alan, thank you for posting them!
