Haha - yeah I was very much the "white guy" there! Didn't really see enough sun to brown up - the weather was a bit mixed ( as you can see from my picture of the sunken cemetry ).

I love Camiguin - would go there again in a heartbeat. Very serene & safe. Hired a motorbike and whizzed around the island.

The people are exceptionally friendly , even by Filipino standards. Everyone calls you "friend".

The only hassle was that my return flight from Cagayan to Cebu was cancelled and I missed my connecting flight back to the UK so I was marooned in the Phils for another 3 days.

Oh well - I can thing of worse places to be stuck in...
