    Very hot today here too.

I worked only a few hours today on the building, the heat makes me tired so I slept this afternoon.

But saying that, yesterday I worked 6.30 am till 7 pm, tiling and doing the back jobs the previous workers made a mess of

To be really honest Stewart it's the source of disagreements.
Carina now realises what a complete load of crap she shipped and just how much it costs.
Now she needs to find a way to dispose of 90%

Beautiful white frost everywhere this morning, very cold but nice and clean and very fresh!

I wonder if I'll start craving for those types of clear crisp morning

I used to really miss the beauty of May - June UK weather.

After about six months you'll begin to miss the cool fresh air and the beautiful snowy weather Peter, but if you can manage without it all well and good, I couldn't live without it. Look forward to visiting Siquijor in January/Feb!

Wow, I'm currently experiencing the heaviest downpouring of rain ever. Great storm to watch.
    Fantastic lightning and thunder show.

Just been told we need some more food so looks like we'll have to go to the market

I'm not taking a jeep in this storm......I'll fork out another P80 for a taxi.

Still, at least it's a warm rain hehehe

And I wish I had have packed more boxes, there's so much I left, gave away and sold cheap.

Now I find how much I could have made use of them here, things I can't get. Even the old fashioned tin bucket and mop, you can't get a good mop here and those that are supposed to be good cost far too much.

Calm but cloudy today, rather mild. I suppose it's hot and sunny in Philippines!

Little overcast today but not humid. Quite nice actually. Warm and still.
Off to the local market for some cheap, but very tasty, provisions.

I've been told to keep out of sight for obvious reasons

The sunburn I suffered the other day has now subsided and is at the peeling stage.

I've learnt not to work outside all day even the sun's not shining.

Still can't sleep in the afternoon yet though.
    Practice makes perfect though

    No rain at all today

Managed to stay in bed till 6am today, despite the jetlag.

Heating is for rich people Graham.. What's wrong with hopping around the house in a sleeping bag these days?

Tut tut... Don't know they were born!

Heating can't afford that, so off to experience warm rain for 5 weeks

Good point, well put Fred. I'll pop over to yours with a gallon of diesel and a case of SM

The power just come back on and the Monopoly has been put away.

Back On topic though..Weather is calm but a bit cloudy.
    Cheers,
    Fred.
