    VIP premium

Is Prime Time Appointment the same to VIP Premium? I couldn't find the VIP option when I booked an appointment.

If your enquiring about the VFS application centre Manila then no, they're not the same. They're two different service options.

Prime Time Appointment service allows you to lodge your application outside of normal hours.
Normal hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 AM – 2.00 PM
Prime Time Appointment hours are Monday to Thursday 4.00 PM – 7.00 PM

The Prime Time Appointment fee is PHP 2,100

The VIP premium lounge is a service offering:-

    No queuing
    Comfort and privacy
Personalised attention and service during the submission and biometric process
    Free refreshments and snacks
Free and complimentary 'Visit Britain' information pack
    Free Courier pass-back
Free Photocopy (maximum of 50 pages)
    Free Passport-sized photo (if required)
    Free SMS & Email Alerts

The VIP Premium lounge fee is PHP 2,000
Availability is Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 14:00

Many forum members have opted for the VIP service and have been very satisfied with it.

When my fiance applied for a visitors visa i got her a VIP appointment ... and felt it was completely pointless, there was no queue anyway, she was never offered refreshments and the visit britain booklet can be found online .. the only good thing was having an email that got replied to the next day rather than a 7 day wait for a reply.

Just our opinion, but sometimes peace of mind is worth the money

My wife opted for VIP service, she didn't have to line up and got the "VIP" treatment and all done within one hour, so well worth the extra cost

Agree I availed VIP Premium and I only stayed there for 30 minutes.
