Good question.
Taste wise there is not much difference. Once it starts to go down your throat the pure lambanog is much smoother. The hangover is also not as bad!
We have two lambanog producers within a 5 min walk from our house. One has bought 3 new cars in the last year and the other still rides a motorbike. I buy my nog from the guy with the bike!
